Lime nitrogen method: It is the method adopted by most manufacturers in our country at present. Thiourea solution was prepared by absorbing and synthesizing lime nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide gas in a synthesis kettle. The solution is filtered, washed and purified, cooled and crystallized, and then dried and dried to produce thiourea products.
Thiocyanate amine method: has been phased out.
Diazomethane method: has also been phased out.
In addition, there are a variety of synthesis methods, such as ammonia oxidation, carboxylic acid method, thiocarbonyl diimidazole and amine reaction method, isothiocyanate and amine reaction method, thiophosgene and amine reaction method.
